We want you to get the care you need.

Ally McClain, LMHCA

I am passionate about walking alongside people through seasons of hurt and celebrating their victories. I believe every individual is created with a divine purpose by God—uniquely gifted and fully capable of growth, healing, and change. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I seek wisdom from the Lord, believing He is the Ultimate Counselor, while deeply respecting all beliefs and religious backgrounds.

In my work, I take a holistic approach—considering all aspects of wellness: mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual. I value each client’s story and background, recognizing them as the expert of their own life. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches, primarily drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and tailoring them to each client’s unique needs.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have several years of experience in eating disorder recovery and interpersonal training. I work with individuals (ages 7+) and couples.
