In my past 13 years of clinical experience, I've worked with a variety of different individuals with varying presenting problems. I have extensive experience in providing care to children, adolescents, marriages, and families. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, but adapt to meet the unique needs of each individual. My primary investment is providing quality service to each client in a way that they recognize and believe is working for them. My goal is that my clients feel understood and walk away with a sense of progress being made.
I am passionate about being a part of the healing and changing process. It is exciting to come alongside others and see how the challenging moments of our lives can be impotus for meaningful change. How I think through the therapeutic process is affected by the lens of my faith, although I believe in respecting each person's belief system regardless of it being different from my own. I believe that God promises to redeem our hurts as we take responsibility for ourselves and relationships. It is truly a privilege to be a part of this process. I deeply value the courage it takes to make that step toward change.
I am a wife and mother to four children. I enjoy good food, spending time outside, writing, and socializing with friends and family.
